We do not have standard drop-off/pick-up times. Your pet kids just come and go according to whatever works best for your schedule! For boarding, please call ahead at least an hour before pickup to ensure your fur-baby is washed and packed up to head home.
Food and bowls are optional as we have some here (Fromm, Diamond, Taste of the Wild, Earthborn, and Blue Buffalo). If they are on a specific diet or have food sensitivities, we encourage you to bring your own.
We have at least 23 permanent kennels and counting. In our standard room, we have twelve mid-sized kennels at 12 square feet (3’ x 5’), and 11 larger kennels at 25 square feet (5’ x 5’). We do not use crates and we do not stack kennels.
Pups always have a courtesy bath before they head home, and their personal items are always laundered. We are a family-run facility and always treat your pets as if they were our own, so we will never send home a dirty dog after they have been playing.
We can’t always get to the phone in time because we’re often on the other end of the building or outside taking care of your loved ones. Please leave a message and we’ll call you back as soon as possible.
